Rove des
Garrigues

This very fresh goat cheese takes its name after the Rove breed of goats with ram like horns. They graze in the “Garrigues”, the Provencal
scrubland type of the Lot area. The milk picks-up all the aromas of the land with distinctive and very pleasant flavors of thyme and lemon. The
texture is incredibly creamy.
Each cheese is presented in a in little paper cup
Accompaniment: Apricot, pears, dried fruits & nuts, and
sun dried tomatoes
Bread: whole wheat, fresh pita, bagels
Condiments: Olive oil, chutney, fresh herbs, Lavender honey,
black pepper
Wine Pairing: Rosé de Provence, dry crisp white wines
(Chablis, Chassagne Montrachet, Rully, Pouilly Fuissé),
